As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective processes that meet the company’s high-quality standards. You will lead and motivate a team of production workers, implement food safety and sanitation protocols, and collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations. Your role will also involve troubleshooting production issues, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to drive continual improvement within the team. Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.
- Proven track record of managing production teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and GMPs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in production equipment and processes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience is preferred.
